How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Start with a conversation. Your provider reviews your symptoms, health history, goals, and any appropriate lab work before recommending a personalized plan.
Do you treat both men and women?
Yes. Core offers men’s hormone and sexual health services, women’s hormone therapy through Core For Her, and weight-management and wellness programs for men and women.
Where are your clinics?
Visit us at 1049 Mineral Wells, Ste. A, Paris, TN 38242, or 115 Hwy 641 S, Camden, TN 38320. Our hours are Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM.
Do you accept insurance?
Core is a cash-pay clinic and does not bill insurance. HSA and FSA cards may be used for eligible services; eligibility is determined by your plan administrator. See payment details.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring a current medication and supplement list, relevant medical records or recent lab results, and the questions you want to discuss. Contact the clinic for any appointment-specific instructions.
How much does Core For Her cost?
Women’s hormone therapy starts at $99/month for one hormone. Each additional hormone is $50/month. Your provider determines the appropriate treatment plan.
